Your order will be sent to you within 4 working days. Your package will be sent with PostNL and you will receive the track & trace code via MyParcel by email.

Depending on the PostNL, your order will usually be delivered to you within 1 to 2 days.

Your order will be sent as a parcel via PostNL, which will cost €25,- in 2022.

Payments are arranged through Mollie, a well-known and secure payment system in the Netherlands. 

Because these are personalized products that are made especially for you, you cannot return them.

I have not received my order;

Your order will be sent via MyParcel with track & trace. You will receive the track & trace code via MyParcel. Does your track & trace indicate that your order has been delivered but you have not received anything yet? Your order will often be delivered the next day. Have you not received anything after 7 days and have you checked your neighbours? Send a message via the contact form.

My order is not complete;

Sorry, I may have overlooked something. Send a message via the contact form and let us know exactly what you are missing. If something is missing in your order or you have received the wrong product.

The webshop is secured with SSL, which is an encrypted internet connection. Where your data is safe.

You can find your purchased online workshops in the online studio. You can find the online studio at studio.IKmetliefde.nl. To view your workshops you must first log in.

The webshop and the studio are 2 different websites, with their own login details. By keeping the studio separate from the website, I hope that both sites will soon show you your product.
